The RACSF (Regulated Air Cargo Screening Facility) Concern Group

The worldwide deadline for ALL aviation export cargo to comply with the global minimal security standard (ICAO Annex 17) is before July 2021. Hong Kong is not just behind the situation, also our present screening capacity is only 20 % of our total volume. Screening capacity and traffic arrangement is the problem. The implementation of policy also makes the situation critical to prevent us from maintaining our leading role in the aviation export area in the world. Industry participation is very essential, as we can find our way.

SCSA as your professional partner, we believe, growth of the screening requirement is the direction. Even 20% of the terminal traffic already cause our cargo delay because of the traffic in terminal operations, 30% will cause over capacity; Therefore, don’t wait! “Today decision is your tomorrow”.

Then, more consultation ways want to be provided for the government. Therefore, SCSA has gathered industry partners to form the RACSF concern group. The aim of the group is providing a best-fit and value-added solution for Hong Kong air cargo industry to optimizing the result from this improvement.
